Return Policy

Important Notice

• Aviva Sports, Banzai, Rockabye, Banzai and Six Flags products are NON-RETURNABLE. If you receive a defective product it will either be replaced by an entire new unit or the replacement of the defective part(s) at the manufacturer's discretion.
   
• Due to the return polices of Airflow Collectibles, American Retro, InStep, Razor USA, Schwinn, Cartwheels USA, Charm Company, Radio Flyer and Berg USA all returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Items returned to these manufacturers must be in new condition, never assembled, used or played with, in the original box and with the manufacturer's packaging or an additional 25% fee will apply.

RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization

A return authorization number is required for all returns. Returns will not be accepted without proper return authorization from our Returns Department. Please contact us and we will promptly assist you.

Damages or Missing Parts

If there are damaged or missing parts upon receipt of your order the manufacturer, at its discretion, will send the replacement part(s) or item(s) at no additional cost. Please contact us and we will promptly assist you.
